Drink cons Cellulite
You can take drinks draining ... but not too much!
Drink gallons of water every day will not lose a gram of weight, whether clear. However, once or twice a day, we can replace a glass of water by a draining herbal tea or green tea.
Their effects are disputed is true, but it may well be that certain antioxidants found in these drinks can help remove cellular waste products faster. In any case one to two cups a day will not hurt!
Less than a quick fix, it would rather see these drinks as complements to an anti-cellulite. Moreover, these drinks are better suited to people affected by the water retention, which can cause swollen legs and occur in so soft a bit of cellulite on legs were all broken.
