grapefruit juice or prune juice?

Grapefruit juice and prune juice are known to be allies-scheme. Which is best for me? Here is what the list of ingredients:

In summary, for a cool drink and regular prefer grapefruit, much less calories and sugar.
To effect a "boost" fiber, constipation and transient or cons to regulate transit, try the prune juice once or twice a week, or cure of one week.
Prune juice may also be a good choice for athletes. A glass mixed in 1 liter of water for hydration effective, with a better transit.
