Acid help prevent Alzheimer's disease
Australian scientists have discovered that foods rich in a substance (Omega-3) fatty acid that can protect the brain from memory loss disease known as Alzheimer's disease. The leader of this research indicated that this was due to the ability of this material containing acid (De. H. A) to regulate levels of zinc in the brain, which if exceeded only lead to damage nerve cells responsible for giving signals and possible death, and studies show that people who are keen to eat foods rich in this article have less chance of injury. And no article (De. H. A) is usually in fatty fish that live in cold water as well as in weeds or marine algae called (C and LEED).
