Memory impairment

Impairment, partial or total memory function in its ability to retain and restore the information.

- Among the fruits, give the preference in the season with apricots, plums and grapes, and any
the year with sweet almonds, lemons (juice form in the day or for seasoning
salads) to sweet oranges (in juice form starting your breakfast) to
apples (at least once a day at a time that suits you best), and prunes.
To bring variety to the consumption of vegetables and fruits, you can also
do from time to time, through a juicer, juice all of them, or
delicious cocktails more suited to your tastes.

• Honey on toast for breakfast by choosing the "raw" for you among the
scores that are produced in France, and systematically to sweeten cold drinks all
which are suitable for hot: acacia honey is the most suitable because it is always liquid and flavor
does not change the taste of beverages.

round.
Here's the best annual pattern to follow for these two products: Ginseng 1 December
January 14. Royal Jelly from January 15 to February 28. Ginseng 1 March to 14 April. Royal Jelly
April 15 to May 31 Ginseng 1 June to 14 July. Royal Jelly from July 15 to August 31. Ginseng
September 1 to October 14. Royal Jelly from October 15 to November 30.

All doses (pollen, magnesium, royal jelly and ginseng) are to double in two to three
months before a critical period: a shift from a competition or examination, "push"
professional, etc.., knowing that only ginseng - whose dose is 3 g - must be taken into
two doses: 1.50 g each morning before breakfast and 1.50 g half-hour before lunch. Moreover, during

- 3 months of soy lecithin (granules or capsules) to the daily dose of 2 to 3 tablespoons coffee
or 4 to 6 capsules to be taken at mealtimes.

• Treatment of alternating Eleutherococcus, royal jelly and ginseng to take the following manner:
- 1 month Eleutherococcus take an overnight fast, at a rate of 1 g powdered Total
micronized capsules to swallow with some water.
- One month of royal jelly to take an overnight fast, at 600 mg as pure and fresh
sublingually (letting melt under the tongue) or 200 mg as
lyophilized powder in capsules to swallow with a little water.
- 1 month ginseng to take an overnight fast, at a rate of 1.50 g powder Total
micronized capsules to swallow with some water.
- Then again one month of Eleutherococcus, followed a month of royal jelly and ginseng for one month, and
so on throughout the year.


To improve your memory

You have the memory that falters. When you need it, you can not remember a
date, name of a person or place, the title of a film or a famous actor, etc.. You have, as

- 1 month Eleutherococcus take an overnight fast, at a rate of 1 g powdered Total
micronized capsules to swallow with some water.
- One month of royal jelly to take an overnight fast, at 600 mg as pure and fresh by
sublingually (letting melt under the tongue), or 200 mg powder
lyophilized capsules to swallow with a little water.
- 1 month ginseng to take an overnight fast, at a rate of 1.50 g powder Total
micronized capsules to swallow with some water.
- Then again one month of Eleutherococcus, followed a month of royal jelly and ginseng for one month, and
so on the year.

Finally, note that all memory problems - whether to increase, maintain or
