A new test showed that garlic may be a strong fighter for cancer.
The researcher at the University of Ohio Earl Harrison and his colleagues that the pilot study focused on the analytical technique to determine the components of the mixture in order to identify what materials are used in a urine test detects potential carcinogenicity of known Alentrzp (Nitrosation).
The study showed that the more people are eating a greater quantity of garlic, rates of potential carcinogenicity less. Harrison said in a statement: "Our study shows that whenever we use a larger amount of garlic decreased risk of cancer indications."

Referred to the process of Alentrzp often begin when exposed to compounds of nitrates in processed meats or food prepared at high temperature or in water contaminated with remnants of industry, which turns 20% of the nitrite turn then to Nitrozzaminac, many of them but not all linked to cancer.
Harrison considered that garlic may play a role in reducing the toxic substances, which Nitrogen is the basis. .
